As part of the Engineering Life project, we are running a series of experimental interdisciplinary workshops bringing together social scientists, biologists, engineers, policy makers, philosophers, artists, designers and others, to pursue the possibility of producing new knowledge together, across disciplinary divides.
Our first three workshops ran in 2016:
3 June 2016, University of Edinburgh:
4 November 2016, Arizona State University:
Mapping Synthetic Biology Workflows
18 November 2016, University of Cambridge:
Genetic resources in the age of the Nagoya Protocol and gene/genome synthesis
