This is an annual event aiming to provide doctoral candidates with unique professional and personal development opportunities beyond the normal scope of their PhD training.  Participants are selected on the basis of university-wide competitions with usually only one place offered to each LERU member.

This year’s theme – Building Research Capacity and a Collaborative Global Community – is very relevant to Nathalie’s research on the role of Doctoral Training Centres in developing interdisciplinary research capacity.
