Science, Technology and Innovation Studies: Research

Research History

Research in science, technology and innovation studies is inherently interdisciplinary. The research activities of staff and research students in the subject group are organised through three main groups: the Science Studies Unit, the Institute for the Study of Science, Technology and Innovation (ISSTI) and Innogen, the Institute for Innovation Generation in the Life Sciences. Staff also collaborate with one another on a variety of research projects and often work with colleagues in other parts of the university, other institutions and outwith academia. You can learn more about our research groups below.
